We are a professional search agency highly specialized by area and industry, both transversally and vertically across the organization, with proprietary technology to deliver results.

We serve clients regionally across Latin America with a deep candidate base and strong networking. Our services include specialized consulting, professional and executive search, AI SaaS, RPO, high-volume recruitment, organizational studies, psychological assessments, internal promotions, and outplacement.

We have more than 10 years in professional talent search, always at the forefront of technology and innovation applied to recruitment and selection.

It all began in June 2013 when we incorporated asynchronous video interviews into our clients' processes — a before and after moment. Improvements in transparency, speed, objectivity, and structure opened a space for us in the professional middle-management search segment of that era.
